Our Payment and Refund Policy

The Australian Association of Psychologists Inc (AAPI) says the recommended fee for a psychologist for 40-60 minutes is $330. However, we only charge $300 an hour.  Discount codes are available for Concession Card Holders to reduce this to $150 an hour. We require you to supply your credit or debit card details while you are making your online booking. This will allow us to process your payment (and your Medicare rebate if applicable) after your session.

If you let us know that you can’t attend your appointment, we can help you to reschedule (e.g. if you wake up sick that morning). But please let us know as soon as you can. If you just don’t show up for your appointment – your credit or debit card will be charged for 80% of the session cost and this will not be refunded. And you will also not receive your Medicare rebate as you didn’t have the session.

NOTE: The calendar shows Queensland times and so if you have daylight savings and are on the East Coast, it will be an hour later for you on video or phone.
